I want people to realize that they have to lead, and lead well
I want to teach everyone how to become a tiptop leader who shares their gifts with the world. Extraordinary people doubt themselves and miss opportunities to make an impact.
I wanted an actionable program: Bootcamp
Academic concepts of leadership can be pretentious or impractical. This leadership bootcamp has been designed to be accessible and actionable for everyone. The science is translated into a language that is easy to understand, like a pop song. No excuses.

Who am I?
Today, I'm working to grow my company Alegria which empowers leaders and teachers to design and develop original hands-on, minds-on, and hearts-on education and experiences, and also mentor entrepreneurs at the Stanford GSB SLEI. In the past, I founded three companies, led multicultural teams in fourteen countries, and worked as a digital transformation consultant with Softbank's startups and big companies like Instagram, American Express, and others.
